My work blends accredited coaching with consciousness-based and energetic practices, offered in a steady, trauma-aware way that prioritises safety, presence, and clarity.

Why We Work With the Seasons
Emberlight is grounded in the understanding that true leadership, clarity, and sustainable growth do not come from constant motion. Instead, they blossom from presence.
When you take the time to listen, reflect before reacting, and allowing insight to arise, then the seasons naturally invite this rhythm. Each one offers a different quality of energy, and we align with these cycles, reflection becomes part of the process, not something we have to schedule or justify.

How Emberlight Works
This will be a 6-month commitment during the Spring-Summer period, followed by the Autumn-Winter period.
You will receive 2 calls per month.
The first call covers Energetic Calibration and Seasonal Attunement. You will tune your energy and align with the seasons whilst checking in on yourself and where you are along the journey so far.
The second call focuses on Mastermind-Style Coaching and Leadership Integration. Any questions you have will be brought forward hot seat style, and guidance and insights will be provided through peer support.
A guided Quarterly Vision and Planning Session is also included so that you are able to both anticipate and align yourself with opportunities that begin coming your way.
An additional and optional 1:1 Integration Session is available for a special mastermind price.
You will have access to a light and intentional Group Sharing Space between your calls to celebrate your wins, reflect on the journey, and get support from Karen and your peers.
