WHAT IS FIREWALKING?

At its essence, firewalking is the act of walking barefoot across a bed of glowing coals. While these coals may reach temperatures of 500–600°C, with proper guidance and intention, participants are able to walk across them unscathed. Beyond the physical act, it serves as a powerful metaphor for overcoming life's challenges, igniting inner strength, and truly stepping into one's true potential.
