I’m Karen, I am a soul doula. I work with life cycles of death and rebirth, I open the space for us to have deep and honest relationships with ourselves. I am here for the deep feelers, the sensitive souls, the empaths, the soul-driven ones who know they are on this earth for a life purpose they are forever called toward.
Since childhood, I have questioned everything: the meaning of life, why we exist, and from an early age, I have had a connection with my helping spirits on the land.
I’ve burned my old life down to ash, through the most challenging heart-opening grief and overwhelm, to embody the truth that led me back home to my soul’s essence and my own sovereignty.

Shamanism is not restricted to any doctrine or hierarchy; instead, it is guided through direct experience, deep listening, and reverence for life in all its forms.
These healing spaces are held gently and with great respect, offering a place where you may begin to release what has been carried for lifetimes, restore the balance within your body and soul, and reconnect with a deeper sense of sacred belonging, returning home to yourself and your truth.
