I’m Karen,

I have worked with my beloved nature and the land for what seems like forever. Since I was a small child, I questioned everything, the very meaning of life itself, why we exist, and from this early age, I have had a connection with spirit there.

I’ve walked through fires that burned my old life down to ashes, through the most challenging heart-opening grief, to seeing and living in the truth that led me back home to my soul’s essence and my inner power.

I am a soul doula. I work with the ones who are being called away from their old lives into a sacred rebirth and a deep and truthful relationship with themselves. I am here for the deep feelers, the empaths, the soul-driven ones who know they are on this earth for a purpose they can no longer deny.

If you feel an inner restlessness that doesn’t seem to settle, a grief for life that wishes to be honored, or a reverence for the eternal flame and calling inside you that refuses to go out, you are so welcome here.

You are supported to move at your own rhythm, with honesty, BEING embodied, empowered, and deeply aligned with who you are becoming.

Spaces are bespoke and start at 3 months deep support up to a 12-month transformational mentorship.

These relatively new spaces are gatherings of souls who are walking a shared path, each on their own journey, but deeply connected through one common intention.

This is a living, breathing space where we come together in truth, presence, and respect for each other’s unfolding purpose.

Within the Emberlight journey, there is space for you to be seen, to listen, to soften edges, and to grow naturally, which is held not only by me, but by the collective energy of the group and the guidance of spirit.

Shamanic Healing

Soul Healing

Shamanic healing is rooted in the most ancient path of remembrance, reconnecting you with the wisdom of the earth, guidance of spirit, and the unseen realms that exist alongside our everyday lives.

Shamanism is not bound by any doctrine or hierarchy, instead is guided through direct experience, deep listening, and reverence for life in all its forms.

As I continue to walk this path with personal humility and devotion, these spaces are held being gently and with great respect, offering a place where you may begin to release what has been carried for lifetimes, restore the balance within your body and soul, and reconnect with a deeper sense of sacred belonging, returning home to yourself and your truth.
