This Spring Equinox, we will gather in the wild mountain forests of the Scottish Highlands, where the veil between worlds thins and our old stories soften. Here, your soul is invited to breathe again unhurried and unbound.

For four nights and three full days, we will walk with the elements, the ancient spirit of the land, the fae who play in the shadows of the pines and lochs, and the flame of your own becoming is once again enlivened.

Your Hosts

Karen & Simon

Karen and Simon share a goal of creating community spaces where uniqueness is honoured and celebrated. Their idea of running elemental retreats came from spending many hours travelling to beautiful nature spaces around the UK in their campervan, being present in the stillness of the earth with their two dogs, Harry and Benji. In 2024, they followed their calling to Ireland to become Firewalking Instructors and Breakthrough Coaches, and their vision to create safe transformational spaces in nature began.

Simon is an Army Veteran and Engineering Lead with a deep connection and respect for nature and her ability to facilitate growth and healing. Simon believes simply ‘being’ with the elements and coming away from external noise helps to reduce stimulation of the senses (important for Simon’s neurodiversity) and opens up our ability to be more naturally ourselves. His 'Defender' personality trait drives him to empower others to feel free to be themselves and achieve their full potential.

Karen has been described as a Soul Doula, she helps clients move beyond overthinking, ancestral patterns, and energetic overwhelm into clarity, trust, and empowered self-expression. Her work weaves nature’s wisdom, spiritual insight, and energetic mastery to guide her clients back to their inner radiance and evolve confidently into their Soul’s Mission through deep coaching/mentoring and present being.

Karen’s gift is seeing and working alongside the unseen to help her clients reclaim their voice, power, and sacred purpose, creating lasting change in their lives, business, and beyond. She believes in soul legacy, inner alchemy, and becoming a future ancestor for the healing of humanity.

Together, they hold deep, warm, non-judgmental space where you can soften, reveal, and rise.

We will stay in a warm, welcoming alpine lodge nestled in a woodland clearing a sanctuary for rest and deep presence.
