A sacred equinox journey of presence, power, and elemental remembrance held in one of the most ancient and soul-stirring landscapes in ancient Celtic lands.
Held in the awe-inspiring heart of Snowdonia, where rugged mountains meet crystal-clear lakes and mystical waterfalls, this journey invites you to walk in deep communion with nature and your soul’s radiant truth. St. Curig’s Church - our unique sanctuary, where ancient stone and modern beauty meet - becomes a powerful vessel of transformation, with panoramic views of sacred peaks and sacred stillness under a mosaic sky.
As the Autumn Equinox approaches, we will gather to honour the turning of the wheel, release what no longer serves, and ignite the embers of soul presence through:

Your Hosts
Karen & Simon
Karen and Simon share a goal of creating community spaces where uniqueness is honoured and celebrated. Their idea of running elemental retreats came from spending many hours travelling to beautiful nature spaces around the UK in their campervan, being present in the stillness of the earth with their two dogs, Harry and Benji. In 2024, they followed their calling to Ireland to become Firewalking Instructors and Breakthrough Coaches, and their vision to create safe transformational spaces in nature began.
Simon is an Army Veteran and Engineering Lead with a deep connection and respect for nature and her ability to facilitate growth and healing. Simon believes simply ‘being’ with the elements and coming away from external noise helps to reduce stimulation of the senses (important for Simon’s neurodiversity) and opens up our ability to be more naturally ourselves. His 'Defender' personality trait drives him to empower others to feel free to be themselves and achieve their full potential.
Karen has been described as a Soul Doula, she helps clients move beyond overthinking, ancestral patterns, and energetic overwhelm into clarity, trust, and empowered self-expression. Her work weaves nature’s wisdom, spiritual insight, and energetic mastery to guide her clients back to their inner radiance and evolve confidently into their Soul’s Mission through deep coaching/mentoring and present being.
Karen’s gift is seeing the unseen and helping clients reclaim their voice, power, and sacred purpose, creating lasting change in their life, business, and beyond. She believes in soul legacy, inner alchemy, and becoming a future ancestor for the healing of humanity.

Jay & Leah McKeague
A heart-led duo devoted to deep transformation, soul remembrance, and the embodiment of truth. Together, they create sacred spaces for individuals and communities to reconnect with their essence, heal through presence, and rise into who they truly are.
Jay is a heart-led coach, healing guide, and children’s empowerment mentor, blending NLP, shamanic practices, and spiritual technologies to support others in remembering their inner wisdom. As a Projector in Human Design, he brings deep intuitive sight, creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and held—whether through breathwork, circle work, or guiding children back to their roots.
Leah is the creator of Embodied Truth: Release to Rise, a transformational path that honours the wisdom of the body and the power of self-trust. Through intuitive psychology, somatic trauma healing, and spiritual depth, she holds space for others to release what no longer serves and rise into the fullness of who they are. Her work is rooted in lived experience, grounded authenticity, and a fierce belief in the body’s innate intelligence.
Together, their work invites you home to your heart, your truth, and the sacred remembering of all that you are.
Hero Douglas
Hero is a writer, director, composer, and performer whose music and writing are underscored by a commitment to environmentalism and living sustainably.
She has performed at the Royal Festival Hall, Bridgewater Hall and Wembley Arena, as well as at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, on S4C, BBC, Sky and Channel 4. As a harpist, she has been a finalist at the International Harp Festival. In 2023, she was commissioned to compose a song for the Yr Wyddfa plastic-free campaign and her music has previously reached number five in the iTunes Charts.
As an actor, Hero played one of the young women of Salem in The Crucible at The National Theatre in 2022. Previously she played Cecilia in the European premiere of The Last Tycoon at the Art’s Theatre and Sibyl in The Picture of Dorian Gray for Ruby in the Dust Theatre Company.
Hero is currently completing a PhD in composition at Bangor University. She has an MA in music from Oxford, where she was a Crankstart scholar, and studied at Chetham’s School of Music.
She wrote the musical Mad Cow and has co-written the musical Poorly Planet with Dixe Wills. Both shows will be performed at the Garlinge Theatre in 2024. She has also written a full-length screenplay.
